UEFA EURO 2012 Bertaruh di 12BET RENA Helpdesk is managed by the RENA Secretariat and is intended to provide relevant information for the staff of the beneficiary environmental administrations and other stakeholders. Your questions and provided answers will be registered and used to monitor progress on the project by contributing to identify bottle-necks and issues that can help to prioritize or extend in the RENA activities.
Answers to your questions will be provided by relevant experts from the Consultant, such as RENA Secretariat staff (administrative, logistical aspects, IT) and Project Team. For questions that relate to other approaches/working methods/other initiatives RENA Helpdesk will search for the information sources that can provide the answer or will direct you to the relevant institutions or persons.

At the moment RENA Helpdesk is mostly cooperating with the Environment Forum Helpdesk (for environmental NGOs/CSOs in the beneficiary countries) http://www.envforum.eu/doku.php/helpdesk/start but will wherever possible cooperate and exchange information with other helpdesks.
